We work on a fee + commission basis, meaning we charge an upfront fee and may earn a commission on the hotels we book for you. Our fee ensures we're compensated for the extensive work done upfront in designing your trip and sharing our knowledge, which is a result of years of experience.

This approach means we can fully focus on your trip, accommodate last-minute changes. It also keeps us prepared to assist should anything go wrong.

Commissions are a small percentage (5-10% of the room rate) paid by hotels for connecting them with guests and driving business their way. This is only paid after your travel is complete, and if you don't travel, we don't get paid. By charging for our services, we can prioritize your needs over commission rates. Some agents may avoid properties that don't offer commissions or prefer those with higher rates. We recommend hotels because we love them and believe you will too, not because of commissions.
